The Township Clerk is the clerk for the Township Board. The Township Clerk has many duties - keeper of Township records, clerk of all Township meetings, authenticator of documents, administer of oaths, issuer of certificates and resignations, provides public notification of meetings and is also a local election official. Another important role of the Clerk is to give notice of meetings and their agenda through the local newspaper as well as public places within the Township. With proper notice, members of the public interested in the agenda at hand can plan on attending.

As Township Clerk, I am committed to act in an ethical, responsible and hardworking manner, so to serve the people of this wonderful township. I look forward to the challenges ahead of me, and will stay true to the oath I have taken, which is to faithfully discharge the duties of my office to the best of my ability. Thank you for allowing me this privilege.
